    and consider it independently of the others. Although all events appear to be tied together they would be separate legal actions considering different aspects of the law. As each  section is answered there will need to a be a cognise examining of the relevant facts only. This will enable the area of the law to be identified. The legal  issues will be varying and it is unlikely that any will be clear and straightforward. In looking at the issues both sides will need to be considered in order to  gain a balanced approach. It is only when both sides are examined, using the different forms of law that a conclusion may be reached. The conclusion is the likely result  as in law the scenarios are rarely clear cut. Once the result of the legal situation is considered this will then be the time to consider what remedies, if any,  are open to the injured party. The case will be addressed by looking at both statute and case law and applying them interpretively to the case provided by the  student. Any assumptions made will be specified and any grey areas where a change would indicate a different result are also drawn to the attention of the reader.  Abigail and the Tickets Abigal is the manger of the Room, the theatre that has contracted a string quartet for three concerts. On behalf of the Room, she has  entered into a contract with Printers Inc. to provide the tickets and posters two months before the concert dates to give the Room time to sell the tickets. Three weeks  before the concert the posters and tickets have not arrived. The reason given by Printers Inc. is that they are having problems with the ink.
