INTERNET  TECHNOLOGY "Usually when we introduce new technology (such as computer networks) into an organization, some new tasks emerge in relation to the new technology. Unfortunately, we often fail to  anticipate these new tasks, we dont think about who will do them, and, as a result, our efforts to make our work easier by using new technology often fail" (Balka,  1997, 98). By performing a process and data analysis check, this helps to pinpoint the areas of systematic function that are not effectively conjoining within the overall compliance utility.  In this day and age of technological advancement, companies can no longer rely upon the antiquated methods of conducting business. To be sure, the fast growth of  computerization has proven significantly effective for business strategies that strive to meet the needs of the companys clientele. In order to begin assessing the necessary elements of such a  computer system as it relates to the companys needs, one must first determine the level of human interaction -- as well as the level of competency -- that will exist  at each individual location. It can be argued that computer design is only as technologically advanced as the human who is ultimately implementing the applications. "As the roles  of the human operators in such systems change, the challenge is how to effectively design human-system interaction in ways that enhance human performance and compensate for human limitations" (Mitchell et  al, 1997, 265). CONCEPTUAL MODELS In building a conceptual model, one must take into consideration the need for a user-oriented system, particular since this company is moving full speed
