    advantage is in its level of accuracy compared to other products on the market. There is an established market for the product so the market does not need to  be created; however, it is dominated by a single company. Agritech already have and have managed to develop some projections. The projections are that the sales will be seasonal between  November and March, it is expected that the facilities will be used to produce other goods in the April to October period. The company have decisions to make regarding the  way in which the demand will be met in terms of the management of the production. The company need to determine what  is the best schedule of production to meet the demand in the most cost effective way using the labour that is available during the months of November to March. The  schedule developed will be used to assess the optimal levels of production each month. It is expected that there will be both permanent and temporary workers and the company policy  is to retain the permanent workers all year around, so any temporary demand may need to be covered by temporary workers. The best solution will be that which satisfied the  demand and has the lowest associated costs. The different variation on the plant monitor are all interchangeable in the manufacturing process so  there are no changing costs, however, the larger the monitor the more man hours it takes to manufacture. It is assumes that the projection are correct for the analysis. There  wages costs are given, along with the costs of benefits, it is assumed the benefits are on top of that. There are also efficiency ratings, with the staff only achieving
