Group of Insurance Companies. Acme's head of HR reviews Chubb's internal research and
applies it to conditions at Acme, concluding that the same type of program of paid personal (i.e.,
non-sick) time off can save substantial amounts in money, but also in the avoidance of lost
productivity, reduced competitive advantage and increased health care insurance premiums.
