    is an organization it is facing change. The organization started out as a project in March 2003, and was established as a non-profit making organization in 2004. The Main focus  of the organization is the production of media content, principally for television and radio with the aim of teaching these skills to disabled people. The organization operates mainly on  the basis of donations, which saw donations increase to 70,600 in 2009, which are used to fund operations. The operations are supported by an employee base of 15 people, two  of which are coaches for the production line. The organization has been successful in attracting business, with the increase in staff be undertaken as a result of increased demand  for their services. In 2003 the organization was undertaken five contracts month, by 2009 is increased 34. The number finish productions is also increased significantly, this was for a month  in 2003, number in 2009 increased to 25 a month. In the last two months 50 and 51 contracts have been handled respectively. The organization has a number of challenges  to face, which include the potential volatility in terms of donations, and the way in which the organization can best develop in order to support the growth and the ongoing  pursuance of the goal, to support and train disabled people in media production. In order to undertake this it has been determined that the most appropriate strategy is to transform  the organization, non-profit making organization, into a profit-making organization where there is not only a change in terms of the income source culture, but also the implementation of a bidding  process. 2.
