    Number of Pages: 30

    Summary of the research paper:

A 30 page proposed behavioral change counseling dynamic through the introduction of an instrument in the commitment phase of the counseling process—which further acts as a contract between the counseling psychologist and the client in determining the initial and ongoing direction of treatment. The instrument would, therefore, offer a continuous means to not only provide the adolescent with eating disorder pathology an autonomous relationship with self within the behavioral change program, but recreate the program through a simple tool. The pros and cons of the tool are discussed in the discussion section of the proposal. Bibliography lists 30 sources.
