    Much attention is given to the 1998 embassy bombings as well as the bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen. Bibliography lists 7 sources. SA131ObL.rtf  Osama bin Laden is somewhat of an enigma. There is much known about him, but little is confirmed as Bin Laden is secretive. Born in 1957, it is thought  that his childhood was devoid of love, but he did learn many skills which prompted him to become a rather capable manager. In fact, Osama comes from a prominent  Saudi Arabian business family ("The Terror," 2001). But he did not stand out from the crowd. Osama has more than fifty siblings, or half siblings (Hurtado, 2001). While his clan  has disowned him due to his terrorist activities, bin Laden does utilize the business skills he learned from childhood ("the Terror," 2001).  Some of his followers describe him as "a brilliant businessman who oversees a vast shipping and building empire-and a cunning leader of a worldwide terror network" (Hurtado, 2001, p.A17). It  is hard to say why bin Laden actually became a terrorist and whether it was something lacking in terms of his upbringing or is something in his nature. Certainly, to  some extent, bin Laden embraces core beliefs that have not been changed. He continues to propel his desire to oust his enemies. As heir to a Saudi construction  fortune, since the early part of the 1990s, bin Laden has used family money in order to finance countless attacks on U.S. interests as well as those of its Arab  allies around the world (Moran, 2001). Prior to recent times, bin Laden had interrupted his studies and left Saudi Arabia in order to fight the Soviet army in Afghanistan in
