    Summary of the research paper:

5 pages in length. Responsible for the vast expansion of semiconductors in the latter part of the twentieth century, Texas Instruments helped implement a significant change in the process of education. Primarily a geophysical exploration company in the early 1950s, Texas Instruments ultimately modified its overall direction to include semiconductor technology, an up and coming development that enabled the company to be one of the first to create a completely transistor radio. This step led to another and another until Texas Instruments was considered the leader of manufactured integrated circuits. The vast growth within the global electronics market, for which Texas Instruments helped to clear a pathway, proved highly successful for the company; as the 1970s approached, Texas Instruments had cornered the market with regard to user-end products.
