HOW DOES THE CASE RELATE TO THE CONCEPT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP? This case study relates directly to the concept of entrepreneurship in that it addresses the  very essence of what it means to do business. Regardless of whether the owner is a man or a woman, it is important for the student to consider that  entrepreneurship is meant to further advance the concept of commerce, not to determine which gender will make a better proprietor. It is important for the student to consider that  the person best suited to do the job is the one who deserves to succeed, not just the one society says is best. III. PROMOTING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN DEVELOPING  COUNTRIES As the presence of women within the small business community is steadily on the rise, governments can move this trend forward even more significantly by breaking down the financial  barriers that typically stand between women and the opportunity of entrepreneurship. Developing countries especially would do well to focus upon the benefits associated with women in enterprise by going  out of their way to accommodate the needs of those who seek to operate a small business. Given the fact that women have overtaken men in the "enrollment of  higher education" (27), there is no denying the potential for favorable national contributions.
