    topic which sickens many even to think of it. It is, in fact, one of the most disgusting aspects of human behavior. The topic is, however, an intensely  controversial one. It sparks both political and theological debate and raises strong emotions even among the general public. There are practically as many opinions about child pornography and  prostitution as there are people. Sociological and psychological research on the subject ranges from that designed to gauge opinion, to the impact of pornography on various aspects of society  including the impact on a childs psyche, male/female relations, gender roles, drug use, and violent crimes. Some view child prostitution and pornography, however, from an economic perspective. They  insist that these two most disgusting aspects of human behavior exist because of the revenue that they generate. We have, in fact, grown  accustomed to economic analyses of pornography and prostitution when we are discussing adults. One feminist view, for example regards prostitution among adults as a means by which women can  empower themselves and materially prosper by preying on the needs and desires of men (Hofman, 1997). A feminist voice is beginning, in many cases, to chide in unison that  prostitution should be accepted as a valid part of the worlds economy and even as a means for women to escape the societal norms which have served in the past  to control and subordinate them (Hofman, 1997). While the above views are certainly interesting. There are a lot of differences  when we consider pornography and prostitution as if affects children rather than grown women. Indeed, even the views of prostitution and pornography when it concerns adults is far from
