    own school and she can do anything she wants. Baby Bop, who is three, decides, of course, that the perfect school will have a lot of physical activity, bubble-blowing (complete  with square and triangle bubbles), games, dancing, fun and of course, macaroni and cheese for lunch. Baby Bops school is a dream come true - at least, for a pre-schooler.  But when it comes to what the perfect school would be for a student and teacher, things are vastly different. The student  might say that he or she would prefer to do nothing all day in school and not have to work, but then there are students who, when challenged, come willingly  and gratefully to school. Unfortunately, in many educational systems, students arent challenged, partly because they receive no encouragement at home, partly because their teachers are undercompensated and overworked, and partly  because the curriculum is either too hard, too easy or too boring - but not just right. The purpose of this paper  is to take a page out of Baby Bops book, and to examine what our perfect, successful school would be like. This would be a school that students attend joyfully,  that teachers willingly come to teach at, and that sends forth intelligent and thinking individual at graduation time. In researching this paper,  the student has access to a lot of "how-to" information on the web, and for purposes of this paper, weve accessed some of it. Margaret Reil, who oversees schoolrenewal.org on  the Internet has discussed three areas that can be improved to make a successful school. The first one involves setting clear goals and objectives, establishing priorities for limited resources, encouraging
