All successful organizations already have learned that they need to  operate as efficiently as possible, and most have achieved all the cost savings they can from personnel layoffs and production restructuring. The need to streamline still exists, and the  only available area for most lies in internal systems. One of the apparent efficiencies available is that of email communication between international locations. Here, the example is that  of communication between Australia and China.
