With a degree from the University of Virginia (p2) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (p8), Craig  is well placed for the employment market. 2. Craig had a wide experience in both university and work, with investment banking (p4), consulting (p8) and recruitment experiences (p11). 3.  Fluent in German Craig finds working in German stressful (p11) 4. Craig is fairly sure that he does not want to work in Investment banking (P12). 5. Most career decision  have been based on the people Craig world be working with, rather than the job specification and conditions. 6. Craig appears most fulfilled when he has an active  social life, this is true in both the University of Virginia where he was involved in a range of issues, including the Student Union and the student council and became  well known on campus (p3), and Harvard Business School, where he was involved in dramatic productions, being the director of the Harvard Business School talent show and also being active  in the volunteer club (p 7). 7. There is little or no current social life (p 9 -11) 8. Craigs style is entrepreneurial. He likes the initial stages of a  project, the contact and the ground work, but is frustrated with bureaucratic details (p 8 and p10). 9. Family background of difficulty in finding jobs may have added caution to  to his failure to access potential jobs adequately (2). 10. Positive reactions to the recruitment job were apparent until the job was included in a downsizing exercise. 11. The  situation of the German Language deal was the final straw, creating a total lack of motivation and bringing to light the dissatisfaction that had been building up.
