This center is also separated according to services provided which include: forecasting,  analysis, and training (PwC, Global, 2002). The companys culture is based on expertise in the different services offered and also on a very stringent and comprehensive code of conduct. The  company promotes three core values in their culture: 1. Excellence means to deliver what is promised to the customer. Excellence also involves continual learning, innovation and agility (PwC, Code,  2002). 2. Teamwork is expected, people are to work together. The company notes that teamwork requires Relationships, Respect and Sharing (PwC, Code, 2002). 3. Leadership refers to leading with clients,  leading with people and leading thought leadership. The company notes that leadership requires Courage, Vision and Integrity (PwC, Code, 2002). The company places emphasis on human capital and considers  employees the companys assets. The many items included in the Code go above and beyond what the law requires of professionals in their businesses, in fact, the company writes: "While  we conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, regulations and internal policies, we also acknowledge that these standards, laws, regulations and policies do not govern all  types of behaviour" (PwC, Code, 2002).
