GameSpy Arcade is not so much a site for finding games but rather for finding opponents against which to play Internet games. Lords of Destruction, Gemstone 3, Modus Operandi,
and CyberStrike 2 all are popular games at these sites and others, which in turn are popular sites for a variety of reasons.
The Cybercaf? The concept of the Internet caf? is not a new concept, at least not in terms of the rapidity in
which concepts are born, mature and die with relative speed when they are linked with the Internet. The concept of the cybercaf? is not one that has totally died,
however. They caught on quickly and were very popular in the US for a short while. Many disappeared after only a couple of years, but those that persist
still are quite popular. The difference today is that the cybercaf? is not merely a US phenomenon. It was in late 1995
and into 1996 that the first wave of cybercaf?s came into being in noticeable numbers. "Newspaper articles around that time usually cite about 100 cafes worldwide. Three years later,
