This 5 page paper answers five questions asked by the student concerning issues such as classifying decision making processes, Keirsey personality types, and which would be best for teaching the use of a computer system, the value of modelling, the use of an executive cube and the way that group decision-making support may be used. The bibliography cites 5 sources.

the increased commitment to systems and processes that will need to be in place if that expansion is to go ahead. Claudia has looked at a system that will
mange the expansion. However, it appears that her plans are still in the research or development stage (Minzberg et a, 1998). The plans
for the system appear well founded, it meets all the needs that Claudia feels she has. However, there has been no comparison with alternate systems, the costs have not been
calculated, and business plans that incorporate the other costs such as capital investment and wages have not been formulated. All of these will need to be dealt with before any
plans become reality. Therefore, there is an absence of any real concurrency, and although she is looking into the system, and also taking on information at the same time, the
organisational context appears to be lacking in practical terms. By classifying the different aspects of the decision, the relevant importance can be
assessed and measured in isolation from other factors. In classifying the decision aspects there will also be a greater probably that all the different aspects will be considered, rather than
a single item gaining a disproportional relevance. Question 2 After reading a book, Claudia has decided that she should find someone with the right type of temperament as
indicated by the Keirsey Indicator. If we are to consider which is the right personality type we need to consider the what the four personality type identified are. These are
rationalists, idealists, artisans and guardians. Rationalists are embodied with people such as Margaret Thatcher and Albert Einstein (Keirsey, 2002). These individuals are good at communication the abstract and analysing
