    is that humankind has remained unchanged for nearly two centuries, and that just as they feared too much power being given to the federal government, today the fear is just  as real, if unfounded. What may become evident as the world moves toward a more globalized civilization is that the heart of the democratic idea is not so much found  in the form of government, but in the free and reasoned public exchange of ideas. The free exchange of ideas is already underway, the student could say. Globalization has already  begun. While there are many who espouse a doom and gloom mentality where this issue is concerned, so much good will be accomplished that one would think that it outweighs  the negative aspects. It has been said that there are two camps of thought where globalization theories are concerned. One camp believes that more and more capitalistic societies were pervade  and invade the most remote corners of the globe and through the sale and use of their own goods and products, so impact a society that it is changed and  its way of viewing various things is changed as well. The other group tends to think that there will be one world rule, one world thinking and viewpoints and that  there will be a decentralization and a new definition of community. The first idea would seem to embody the more likely scenario. The reason that the impact by innovation  theory is more likely than the big brother theory, is that in some ways it is already happening on a small scale. Consider what could happen on a larger scale.  If knowledge is power, then how can the sharing of technology and knowledge with those countries who havent the advanced health care and educational systems be wrong?
