    There are many issues related to intellectual property rights, inclusive of things like trademark and copyright concerns. Further, this situation occurs all over the world as the Internet is global.  In discerning just how important legal issues are as it pertains to web site creation and maintenance, a case study from the UK is helpful. While evaluating the case study,  other peripheral issues crop up. Intellectual property rights have become an important topic of late. As people, and children in particular, download movies and songs, there are consequences. People cannot  have full access to everything they find out there. Just as books and other physical materials are protected, information from the net is as well. Of course, the protection is  often not as stringent due to the newness of the Internet, but things are slowly changing. II. Case Study In this hypothetical case study, submitted by a  student, Dizney Ltd. is a British firm that has commissioned Bluebook Web Deign in the Spring of 2004 to set up a web site for the promotion of their new  film entitled Monkey Business. It is thought that graphics would be included at the site. When trying to buy the domain name monkeybusiness.com, they found that it was already taken.  It was bought by an unscrupulous individual who threatened that if Dizney does not buy the domain name, he would sell it to a vendor who solicits porn. Clearly, the  result of that latter transaction would mean that when anyone typed the moneybusiness name into a browser they would be linked with a porn site, something that would clearly not  be good for the films publicity. Although this is a negative situation, it should be known that people do buy up a variety of sites with names in order to
