These also engenders a greater level of trust. However, this ma be somewhat eroded in the wake of Arthur  Andersens involvement with both Enron and WorldCom. Audits have to report whether or not the accounts have been complied in the correct manner. The changing of the auditors  will also facilitate an easier transition and acceptance of the transfer of s short term liability into a long term liability. In turn this will reduce the level of liability  and give an easier picture on working capital and the liquidity of the company. The change of the auditors may be a result of auditor shipping, but in seeking auditors  that are larger and also have a wider range of services they may also gain further advice on legal methods of adjusting the accounts. The argument may also be seen  that in growing this aggressively the smaller auditors may not be skilled in the larger companies and also may not be acceptable to the larger investors. The decision  may be right if it was for these later reasons, however, I fit was auditor shopping to gain the right perspective in the auditors it may be questionable. Question  b. There are several ways of improving cash flow, in undertaking the restructuring of the LOC there was a movement form the short term to the long term. However, this  only moves rather than resolve the problem. Where there are cash flow issues it is better to consider issues such as the way in which money is collected the amount
