THE GLOBAL ECONOMY The world economy began to undergo changes over thirty years ago with  the resurgence of European economies. Along with this flow, hopefully, the U.S. will gain some control over its investments in order to better control its market economy in  the next few years (Lopez 1995). In light of the escalating global economy we have seen the impact of it and sometimes its member nations lose control of the reins.  The liberalist perspective on this matter is a strong one in that it would seem rational minds could control the situation for the common good (Kleisen 1993). DISTRIBUTION OF  POVERTY, POLLUTION AND RESOURCES There should be a distribution of wealth among the developed as well as the undeveloped countries which would mean passing over national boundaries and taking in  the financial outcome of countries both domestic and foreign.
