    seeking justice and attempting to secure safety for his family, but because of certain fringe elements who are parasitic in nature, seeking opportunities where a lawsuit will result in a  quick financial gain, and at the taxpayers expense, it might be added. Such is the case with Griffith versus Valley of the Sun, Inc. (Key issue) As such, the plaintiff  has no grounds or right to an appeal, nor should he be granted the time and money involved with obtaining a jury trial. THE FACTS After repeated attempts to  repossess a car from Griffiths neighbor, a Mr. Bob Williams, Valley of the Sun sent Dong Gorney, reportedly one of their best agents to secure the car. Past attempts at  recovery had resulted in threats being made against several of the Valley of the Sun agents. Ostensibly, law enforcement could not become involved with the threats unless directly witnessing them,  or having a corroborating statement from neighbors. Neither were forthcoming. Therefore, an attempt at repossession was determined to be more successful during off-peak hours. Gorney, however, was either not  as good as he was thought to be, or Mr. Williams had placed an alarm system on his car. At any rate, Gorney set the alarm system off twice, which  succeeded only in waking the entire neighborhood. During the second attempt, a neighbor of Williams produced a shotgun, which Williams asked to borrow. Intent at this point was to injure  or kill whomever was in or around the vehicle. Williams would never get to that point however as the gun discharged prematurely and injured Griffith. Instead of holding the true  person responsible for the injury, which would have been Williams, Griffith decided to go after someone who would be more likely to have cash.
