    a book which applies to all people in regards to anger and the suppression of anger. Anger can lead us to react negatively to certain situations, and inadvertently make a  bad situation worse. In Lerners book she argues that one must address the anger and understand where it is coming from. By doing so we can benefit in a personal  understanding of ourselves, and also benefit in regards to how we relate to others and the world. In the following paper we examine Lerners book and discuss its ability to  provide information on psychology and life, personal life experiences, and psychological influences in the real world. Psychology and Life There can be little doubt that the psychology of  man is an incredibly important topic that helps us to understand who we are, as human beings, and why we behave the way we do. Of course, there are obvious  cases, concerning books and approaches, which indicate a subject beaten to death. Sometimes we find that an over abundance of material on psychology as it relates to life achieves nothing  but further confusion regarding who we are and what our actions indicate. Lerners book, however, takes a universal emotion, anger, and presents a psychological understanding to the reader. Anger, serving  as one of the most powerful emotions, an emotion which serves to influence many negative aspects and conditions in life, is something that should be understood. And, Lerners book presents  us with very intriguing and enlightening examinations of this powerful and misdirected emotion. We note some of her attention in the following, which gives us the clear understanding that anger  is a very real emotion that needs addressing: "Let us question these questions.
