Introduction Health as safety is an important issue in the workplace not only does the employer have a legal obligation with  a duty of care to the employees and all visitors, they also have an ethical and moral responsibility. There are a number of different models that are used to assess  a various range of risks; however, in most cases risks are visible. Increasing knowledge is increasing the awareness of less visible risks, and as employers become aware of potential risks  their reasonability also increases with that knowledge.
