    Summary of the research paper:

This 15 page paper proposes a health and safety research project to look at the tools of assessment and how suitable they are to measure unseen risk, such as air quality. The paper gives a justification of the study, the aims and methods, a time table and a literature review examines models that may be used and the risks of poor air quality. The bibliography cites 14 sources.

AND ANALYSIS 16 7. ETHICAL ISSUES 17 REFERENCES 17 1. Introduction Health as safety is an important issue in the workplace not only does the employer have a legal obligation with  a duty of care to the employees and all visitors, they also have an ethical and moral responsibility. There are a number of different models that are used to assess  a various range of risks; however, in most cases risks are visible. Increasing knowledge is increasing the awareness of less visible risks, and as employers become aware of potential risks  their reasonability also increases with that knowledge. Issues such as air quality in the work place has become more important over the last. The use of risk models to  assess physical and visible risks has been studied many times, and a range of models developed. However, the issue of air quality and the risk that this posses to staff  has seen less attention. In this paper we will look at the risks that may be posed to workers by air and the signs of the need for a risk  assessment and consider the risk assessment tools that could be used. This should add to the existing knowledge by looking at health and safety in the work place for  the hidden a non specific dangers that may be faced by employees in almost any workplace 2. Literature Review 2.1 Risk Assessment Tools The management of risk is a lengthy process;  first requiring identification and then management with the use of measures to eliminate reduce, void or mitigate the risks that are posed. There are many different models which can be  used to assess and dissect risk in order to help methods of mitigation to become apparent. In this paper we will use a logistical risk in order to make use
