relatively by the authors, Robert Stevenson and Toni Morrison." While most educated individuals will know who wrote what, it is perhaps better to write the statement concerning the authors as
follows "In the novels "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," by Robert Louis Stevenson, and "The Bluest Eye," by Toni Morrison....." In addition there was a comment that the introduction
lacked, for want of a better word, punch in terms of getting the readers attention. There are many perspectives that could be taken in these regards. For example, the student
could perhaps begin by stating that "People everywhere have an incredibly natural desire to be someone else, to be the opposite of who they are, even if the opposite is
as dark and as evil as could be imagined." This could perhaps be followed with a statement arguing that "this is exactly the case with the haunting tale of the
identity of Dr. Jekyll. In addition, the student could perhaps add that, although some dreams are inherently evil, such as Dr. Jekylls, some are more common such as seen in
