    The good are small hand guns. There are a range of issues discussed, but this will be broken down into the two major components, as they are separate transactions.  The concerns regarding the importing of the plastic parts are issues such as overcoming the cultural differences, ensuring that the parts are of the right specification and delivered on time,  and are concerned that the suppliers are a state owned enterprise. The first stage that can be considered is the negation prior to the contract. At this stage there  s the potential for a great number of misunderstandings, When both the language and the cultural differences are remembered the difficulties may not only be in funding the right words  for a contract but also in the understanding of the definition of those words. One commercial solution to this is the make use of INCOTERMS. This is an acronym for  International Contract terms. These are a set of terms that have been defined especially for use in international trade. With the differences between China and the UK these may reduce  the potential for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation These are not a new tool but they are an underused tool. They were first  put together and released by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Their aim was to simplify international trade by providing a framework of reference to different parties. The main  idea is that terms such as Free on Board may have the same or similar general meaning to different parties, but due to different practices and customs, and even language  difference, there may be elements that vary between different countries interpretations. With one set of definitions that were available to be used by those who choose to use them there
