    they have a limited number of high quality titles, a high demand for these kind of titles, and considerable constraints imposed by each of the hotels on the types of  movies they want, the duration of the distribution period, specifics regarding the distributor, cultural/ethnic aspects of the titles distributed and problems related to the use of a variety of equipment,  requiring different taping options. For optimum performance for this kind of organization, all of the participating hotels would have the same equipment, the same basic requirements in terms  of title, and the scheduling process would allow for slight differentials in the titles offered, including the necessity for subtitled films or for variations in language. Unfortunately, the client base  for Video-Vision requires a variety of logging processes and is complicated by the inability to always meet the client requirements and to circulate the high quality titles required within an  effective period of time. II. Positive Elements There are a number of positive elements that are demonstrated in the organization of Video-Vision. First, the company has  been able to meet the needs of a varied client base, and the fifty hotels are relatively satisfied with the level of service provided, even though there are concerns regarding  the scheduling issues for high quality titles. Second, the hotel has been able to provide the necessary information to distributors in terms of the movies viewed, their duration and  the royalties to be paid for the viewing of these films, even though there are more consistent and accurate formats that can be used to provide this same support.  Finally, up until this point, the company has been able to provide a complex web of services and scheduling necessitated both by the hotels and by the limitations set by
