I am happy to respond formally  and relate to you one of the personnel problems that I have encountered during my administrative position here at The Its-Humble-But-Secure Company. Definition : As you know my current  employer has a contract in providing education services for the Corrections Facilities in the State of New Mexico. According to State and federal mandates, part of contract provides necessary  education services to incarcerated special needs students. These students must be provided services if they are under twenty-two years of age, or if a correlative education plan has be  developed with the assistance of the facility psychologist, a case worker, an education representative and the inmate themselves. My particular personnel problem arose with the teacher providing those services to  that select population. This teacher was 45, female, special needs certified and black. Her credentials were verified and her experience with special needs students had been in economically
