In order to prepare a report on the Re Creation Medical Centre the firm itself needs to be  assessed along with the aims and objectives. Data needs to be collected for different sources allowing the firm and its internal aspects to be considered in terms of the external  environment and identify potential areas that need improvement. Re Creation medical centre is a medical practice located in Armadale, Victoria, providing general  practice services, served by four doctors as well as the support staff and four medical students.
