Here we see that this has been unitised in order top develop a global culture.  In terms of benefit this may yield there are many aspects of the business we need to consider. The company is based in many countries, with more  than 180 operating companies in 175 countries. This requires that there is an holistic approach taken when these have been divided down into three main segments. This allows for the  company to take advantages of the scales of economy. If w start with the recruitment procedure it is seen that the international attitudes  are interpreted as important throughout the entire process. For entry level candidates international student who have undertaken foreign study or who have studied degrees that encompass international business are see  as preferable to those who have undertaken degree without the same level of international content or interest. The same may be seen  when senior management is recruited, the attitudes to international business are assessed as a part of the interview criteria we pre-formulated questions that judge how savvy the manager is regarding  international trade. In undertaking the recruitment o staff in this way it is ensured that all who are recruited have the correct attitude  towards international business, enhancing the international culture. One of the main difficulties when developing managers that can deal with international business is to develop the awareness of the differences and  approach that needs to be developed. If those recruited already have a high base level then we have a situation where any learning curve will not be as steep, and
