Kristens Cookie Company. The purpose of this business is to provide hot, fresh cookies to students late at night, who might be hungry. The factors separating this from store-bought cookies
includes the fact that they are completely fresh (they arent baked until the orders are received); a variety of ingredients are on hand to "personalize" the cookies, and thanks to
technology, orders taken will be 100 percent correct. The production process is fairly straightforward, too -- namely, ingredients are mixed in a
food processor, baked, then packed in a box. The physical operations, from mixing, to baking, to cleaning up for the next batch have been timed as well. The capital equipment
