    Kristens Cookie Company. The purpose of this business is to provide hot, fresh cookies to students late at night, who might be hungry. The factors separating this from store-bought cookies  includes the fact that they are completely fresh (they arent baked until the orders are received); a variety of ingredients are on hand to "personalize" the cookies, and thanks to  technology, orders taken will be 100 percent correct. The production process is fairly straightforward, too -- namely, ingredients are mixed in a  food processor, baked, then packed in a box. The physical operations, from mixing, to baking, to cleaning up for the next batch have been timed as well. The capital equipment  is also in place (a food processor, cookie trays and spoons, as well as an oven that will hold one tray at a time).  Basically, well assume that the students have examined demand for the product in this particular case -- and the fact that students will be willing to stop by  the apartment to pick up fresh, hot cookies (versus having the cookies delivered to the dorm room). In the following sections, well  prepare a SOT analysis for the plan, determine the recommendation that might be the best solution for the situation, then conclude the paper. B) Prepare a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses,  opportunities, threats) Strengths. The product itself is likely in demand, for one thing.
