individual needs. However, the tide is changing in the classroom as it is in the business world as professionals realize that indeed people have different styles of learning. Ones style  is pertinent to management style as well and when all is analyzed, a picture emerges as to competence, ability to get along and produce, as well as how efficiently one  learns at all. In assessing ones own management style, for example, a student would be advised to explore their own unique style first. How does learning style fit in with  the companys vision or a co-workers style? How can someone effectively work with others if their style is unusual? In delving into the different types of learning styles one  can effectively solve the puzzle, but a student may need guidance in assessing their own particular approach. Only then can one interpret implications as to how personal learning impacts coworkers  and the organization as a whole. II. Managing the Organization With Learning Style in Mind In order to assess personal learning style, a student will want to address  broader issues first. Senge et al. (1994) provides insights into the whys of learning, stressing its importance and providing a how to manual in the form of The Fifth Discipline  Fieldbook. There he outlines how executives may separate tasks and think of how they are performing them in a different light (1994). Authors talk about teams as well as  individual differences and how one can effectively build an organization with the guidelines provided. With diversity and shared vision combined, authors prompt one to consider a multitude of ideas  in implementing management theory.
