                                                    need to consider the origins of these feeling and how they may be minimised if not eliminated. 	A starting point may be to understand how different racial identities are formed.   
                                                
                                                    As this is the background against which racists actions will take place, and the relevant feelings of resentment or aggravation will develop.  	We can consider the racial identity model   
                                                
                                                    and see that there are a wide range of relevant issues that are included in this. Most notably is the aspect that by the time a an individual reaches adolescence   
                                                
                                                    they have already developed their racial and ethnical attitudes towards themselves as well as others.  	In interviews that took place with over 500 different individuals of different ethic backgrounds,   
                                                
                                                    from African-American to Mexican and even Columbian children among others, all located within the US and Latin America there were some distinct patterns that were shown (Link, 2002). Between the   
                                                
                                                    ages of three and six there are some interesting attitudes. These may be seen as both naive and also in a time before racial identity, along with potential preconceptions, has
