movie with an unlimited budget, using any actors chosen, establishing a setting and framework for production allowing for unfettered creativity and financing. The idea behind this
proposal is an aviation heroine of the first half of the 20th century. In this “fantasy” movie proposal, the title role is played by Jodie Foster with Billy Murray as her leading man.
