the law. Deconstruction is one of the tools, with this it may be argued that there is a great flexibility within the law for it to be interpreted with different  meanings. It can be used that by looking at the law with this the law may become more subverted as a result of pressure from different stakeholders, alternatively, it  ay also be argued that the real meaning and underlying principles of the law. Therefore, some may argue that its use will enrich the law, whilst others argue it adds  little value or may detract form the interpretation of the law. The first stag is to consider what is mean by deconstruction. This is a term that was first  used by Heidegger, and is made up of two opposing words, construction and destruction. The meaning is therefore to unmake, to reduce to its component parts to see how  it is made up (Paterson, 1996). This will include looking at the traditional approach and how this built up to the contemporary situation. In some instances the tradition will not  only e the additions and inclusion, but also the imposed constraints and suppressions (Covell, 1992). Te starting point will often be to destabilised the contemporary understanding that usually relies  upon two opposing sides, the dominant side will usually rely on the weaker side for its support and existence. There are many examples, such as the way in which  a corporation is seen as having a separate legal identity, this is argued to be a natural state of deconstruction that is already within the law (Fuller, 1977).
