    is not necessarily considered pornography. For the naked body to be displayed on the pages of a magazine causes some to call that pornography. Those who fight the  pornography laws cite the right to freedom of speech while others try to draw the line on what can and cannot be legally construed as pornography. The purpose of  this paper is to show that nobody can make another persons moral decisions for them. WHAT IS PORNOGRAPHY? This is the great debate. While there are laws set  forth by the Supreme Court as to what constitutes pornography the fact remains that the Supreme Court is attempting to make moral decisions for other people. Certainly some are  offended at what is labeled pornography. Some people, however, take no offense to it and either enjoy it or ignore it, depending upon their preference. Different people have  different opinions on morals. All along, anti-pornography activists have stated that their opposition to pornographic material, be it print, video or Internet mediums, is not so much with the sexual  content as it is with the "sexually repressive attitudes" (Frederick 2002, PG) represented by such images. A purported common thread of abuse - inclusive of children, as well -  has been the anti-porn supporters main argument in their fight to get rid of sexually explicit material. They claim it encourages men to behave badly, to disrespect women and  to commit unthinkable acts against both genders of all ages. Back during the Reagan administration, an exceedingly right-wing, anti-progressive period in the White House, two studies attempted to prove that  pornography had, in fact, a direct relationship with violent acts committed in real life. These studies, performed by Edna Einseidel and United States Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, were
