that this indicated room in the market for more personalized service to give the mothers more choices 2. Need for the Service Obstetrics is a service that is
needed, and one which is poorly served. While there is sufficient capacity within the local hospitals to deal with the demand, the service level is poor, which results in a
high patent to staff ratio and few choices, especially in terms of planning and during labor, so while there is technically capacity, there is a distinct shortage of quality care
