that anyone would want to invest in this proposal. There are numerous concerns such as whether or not a community association should be involved, whether or not the condominium
association should allow one to flip the property, and things of that nature. There are legal issues concerning liability as well. Clearly, a problem with the building can wreak havoc
for investors. Also, there have been many unscrupulous builders who try to coax investors and misappropriate money. Other schemes have been uncovered in this domain. One has to wonder whether
or not investing in a condominium is wise due to the many legal ramifications that presents itself. Of course, any business will entail legal issues and decisions. These are simply
common elements of doing business. Yet, if investors shy away from certain opportunities due to fear of future legal entanglements, they can miss a chance to make a lot of
money. This proposal is one where an investor does stand to make a lot of money in the lucrative Sarasota market. However, the fact that legal entanglements may be worrisome
for an investor should not preclude a serious individual from purchasing property or investing in the building of a condominium project. A proposal for a condominium complex will be made,
