This  paper explains in detail the necessary decisions that must be made before seriously implementing an international expansion. MANAGERS Corporations are beginning to realize that of all their assets and  most important tool to get ahead in business, it is their human capital that is the most valuable. For years companies have done studies on efficiency, equipment and other  ideas in order to get the most value for their dollar. They finally understand that if they take care of the employees, their human capital, that it is that  endeavor which will make the biggest improvement in the bottom-line. By recruiting from within the organization management can be assured that employees are well-versed in company tradition and  understand the goals of the organization. This will eliminate a probationary period as well as allowing management to do their own recruiting rather than using an outside service.  It is understood that good leadership qualities are what is required rather than having the skills of a technocrat. Knowing how to manage and motivate employees is far more  important than knowing the technological aspects of the systems; there are employees that have been hired for those purposes. While it is admirable these corporations understand the  importance of their human workforce and the sociology that is found within their own business environs, how they deal with this priority is another matter. By comparing different groups  and how they handle the sociology within a business, it is perhaps easier to envision just what makes up this sociology and how to best utilize the behaviors and personalities
