Park, located in Calvert County in Maryland. Ground is anticipated to be broken on the project some time during 2004. Overall, once
completed, the 92-acre business campus will offer 650,000 square feet of both class A and flexible space (PR Newswire, 2003). The county and state officials have praised this particular project
as a good example of how state and county resources can work together to bring development to the county and the city.
