    SWOT Analysis of Nokia. The SWOT Analysis analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a company and each one of these will be discussed in the aspect of  Nokia. THE SWOT ANALYSIS SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors. A SWOT analysis can be very subjective. While a  SWOT analysis is nothing more than a strategic roadmap it is not considered engraved in stone, nor should one expect to only have one opinion as to what is included  in the analysis. The SWOT analysis is very much an opinion of the company at one strategic point in time. A snapshot, if you will, of the company  that could change day by day. Naturally management expects to know all aspects of what is going on internally as well as externally regarding the company and a SWOT analysis  is an excellent tool of measurement. What are strengths today could be changed by tomorrow. This analysis is simply a vital present-day report of the company and how  it is doing within the industry-wide competition. The strengths of course will include what the company is doing well and how it is managing to stay ahead of  the competition. The strengths might also be an indicator of where the company is headed in the near future. Because these are strengths however does not mean this  is an area in which management can relax and let down their guard. Rather, the area of strengths could be the most vulnerable spot for the competition to try  to overcome because it is the most obvious.
