counselors name is Karen Walsh and the interviewer is an unnamed individual: INTERVIEWER: Good morning. Thank you for having me. I hope you dont mind if we get right
to the questioning because I have a prior engagement and will have to leave in about thirty minutes. WALSH: Not at all. Go ahead and I will be happy
to provide you with the information you need. INTERVIEWER: Thank you, Ms. Walsh. I would appreciate it if you could start by telling me a bit about yourself and
the company for which you work. WALSH: Certainly. My name is Karen Walsh and I work for an insurance brokerage firm called Staple Brothers Incorporated. We sell insurance packages
to organizations and other businesses. Some of our clients are well known such as B&B Bakery and Toms Tickets. INTERVIEWER: And what do you do exactly? WALSH: I am
a senior training counselor. I recruit new employees and provide them with basic information on the firm. When a new employee enters our firm, whether they are going into sales
