The  counselors name is Karen Walsh and the interviewer is an unnamed individual: INTERVIEWER: Good morning. Thank you for having me. I hope you dont mind if we get right  to the questioning because I have a prior engagement and will have to leave in about thirty minutes. WALSH: Not at all. Go ahead and I will be happy  to provide you with the information you need. INTERVIEWER: Thank you, Ms. Walsh. I would appreciate it if you could start by telling me a bit about yourself and  the company for which you work. WALSH: Certainly. My name is Karen Walsh and I work for an insurance brokerage firm called Staple Brothers Incorporated. We sell insurance packages  to organizations and other businesses. Some of our clients are well known such as B&B Bakery and Toms Tickets. INTERVIEWER: And what do you do exactly? WALSH: I am  a senior training counselor. I recruit new employees and provide them with basic information on the firm. When a new employee enters our firm, whether they are going into sales  or financial analysis, they all need some background on the company as well as to know what is expected of them. INTERVIEWER: So, you are basically a recruiter but  you also are responsible for providing them with the information they need to function in your organization. WALSH: Exactly, but my job really does not entail a great deal
