This critique will summarize the various sections of this research study, while also analyzing these endeavors against  accepted criteria for qualitative research. Abstract and Title : The title of the study, i.e., "Learning to nurse children: towards a model for nursing students" is quite accurate  as this research does not actually propose a full-developed model for practice, but rather includes information that could be used for such an endeavor.
