* Insecurity leading to achievement striving * Time urgency * The incessant struggle against time * Hostility leading to impatience with others (Friedman and Ulmer). * Often
obsessed with their work * tend to become aggressive, impatient, and irritable are anyone or anything that interferes with their work (Psychology, 2001). * Want to get things done and
they will do almost anything to accomplish their goals Type A personalities tend to have very little patience and they demonstrate excessive amounts of stress. Type B behaviors: *
People who do not do more than one thing at a time * Make up only about 10 percent of the population * Do things more patiently and
