    an agency. It takes certain characteristics of types of leadership skills in order to work with such things as staffing in order to have a positive impact on service  delivery. Having experience in this type work will benefit an individual in their work in administrative tasks as well. DEFINING THE SITUATION In this example paper the student  will see what is necessary in working with a service organization and their board of directors. This organization gives public health screenings for high-risk workers and also helps ensure  that working environs are made safer places for the employees. In working in this situation the first step will be to determine the group that is most in need  of the screening program and health promotion effort. By taking the steps necessary to target the prime group, excessive cost can be avoided. Those employees who are not  affected by the high-risk areas are less in need of the implementation of these programs. In this particular case there is a machine company that is having a high rate  of employee injury. It is most important to see that the rate of accidents is lessened while at the same time employee morale is increased. One solution to  this is to respond by creating organizational structures that promote cross-functional and cross-boundary communication, coordination, and collaboration. Because firms such as this company expect to use teams to support  future procurement and decision making, it is important to understand how to best manage the cross-functional sourcing team process. In most cases, however, researchers who study teams rarely reach  the same conclusions about the factors affecting team success. There is one variable that most researchers seem to agree on consistently, which affects team success - the effectiveness of
