A six page paper looking at this enigmatic novel by Joseph Conrad in terms of the characterization of its narrator. The paper points out that Marlow's limitations as a narrator are due to his own cultural biases and his implicit support of imperialism, but we are able to see "through" him to Conrad's real point of view.
