    scenario has a great deal of potential. The market is given as more than $50 million and a potential main competitor with similar types of software; Google, has stated that  the market is too small for them and they are not looking to expand in this direction. The software is also unique and has been legally protected with plans to  make the final developments in order to get it ready for market. There is likely to be demand for this product as one of the main areas of interest  in cutting costs in the automotive industry is within the value chain and the logistics of supply. The auctions off of the spare parts would result in more efficient uses  of resources and a potential net cost saving of 25%. The issue is the determination of the way in which the company should move forward in terms of management  and directions. There are several issues of concern, such as ownership and shares, at the current time there is not agreement over the split of the shares and there is  no room for other shares to be granted or allocated despite apparent desires to do so. With the 33% to Tom and Helen and then Two Tune and Nuts would  each own 17%, this add up to 100% but there were also other plans, such as issues shares to the Sun Everyday and also to the consultant, in addition to  this there is the agreement to give 5% of the common stock. If this is the case then the 100% share ownership divided between the four partners is already an  issue as there is insufficient stock, creating or issue more shares would then undermine the agreed levels.
