Not only can stress not be  eliminated from peoples lives, but positive stress is needed. Positive stress is considered necessary in peoples lives as it enables them to initiate and complete projects and also look forward  to any future changes within their lives. Negative stress, also known as unrelieved stress, can result in emotional or physical illness. Since stress cannot be eliminated from individuals lives, researchers  have developed certain steps, or levels, to help individuals control the amount of unrelieved stress in their lives and to help them use stress in a positive manner. Mostly, individuals  must realize that stressful situations will occur and emotional adjustments will be needed in daily life. Individuals physical and emotional strength must be increased in order for them to better  handle stressful situations and an examination and moderation of which events cause the most stress are recommended. In many work situations which have reported increased levels in overwork and stress,  management must examine some the leading causes of stress in the work place such as new management techniques, long hours and bullying which need to be reduced in order to  provide health work environments. What is Stress? Stress is considered to be the "wear and tear" our bodies experience going through the daily events of work and life and  can cause considerable changes in an individuals physical and emotional states and can be used positively or as more often associated, negatively. Positive components of stress can be those in  which compel individuals into initiating and/or completing a project and can create an overall awareness of any new perspectives on the horizon. Negative aspects of stress however can result in
