continues to change, so too do challenges and issues of the workplace. While there are indeed many workplace challenges, there are some which are more specific to this era
than any other. One of the issues which is very poignant in this era is that of privacy. Privacy is getting harder and harder to come by in any
aspect of our lives as computers and the Internet make access to information relatively simple. In terms of separating business and work lives, many people believe that employees
should be able to do whatever they please after work hours. Others feel this isnt the case, and that there is a definite relationship between work and personal lives
