                                                    own and even when forced, such as in the case of schooling, bussing never really caught on. The black neighborhood for example still exists and also, many minorities cluster in   
                                                
                                                    areas to live with their own kind. That said, things are a bit different in the workplace.  	In the workplace today, people of all different races, ethnicities and of   
                                                
                                                    both genders work together. Although it is cooperative in general, there are problems on occasion. There are sometimes conflicts in terms of religion as businesses have to accommodate people in   
                                                
                                                    respect to allowing them time off, letting them wear a head covering when it is otherwise prohibited and so forth. Such allowances can lead to animosity, but by and large   
                                                
                                                    people can work together cooperatively and ethically within a contemporary business environment.  	Although it is possible for everyone to get along, workplace issues and discrimination are at the forefront.   
                                                
                                                    There are of course laws that protect against discrimination in terms of hiring, promotion practices and otherwise.  However, at the crux of anti-discrimination laws, and a desire for everyone   
                                                
                                                    to get along, there is a firm basis in philosophy. The issues at hand go to morality. It is wrong to discriminate, and that comes through loud and clear when
