It is suggested that when the student construct the paper that he or she  feel free to use the proposed examples - the problem to be outlined below is not a unique one, and is being faced by businesses and corporations throughout the world.  The workplace issue to be discussed will be abuse of the Internet and cyberspace by employees. This topic was decided because with  more and more companies going onto the Internet and using cyberspace for research and communications, there is more and more opportunity for abuse by employees. Much like the telephone, in  the past, was a problem when it came to personal calls and long-distance abuse, the Internet is being uncontrollably used by many employees in the following company. Nor is this  particular company unique in this problem - as well see in this paper, many articles and papers have been written about the topic - and because the problem is still  so new, companies are still coming to grips between the need to monitor employee use of the Internet and interfering with employee privacy.  The paper will outline some examples of this abuse, as well as what some corporations can do to curb such abuse.
